A recipient of the State Bar of Georgia’s Access to Justice Committee Dan Bradley Legal Services Award, Ms. Krisher has devoted her career to making sure rural Georgians have legal representation and access to the justice system. Since 1990, she has been director of litigation for GLSP with responsibilities for all appellate litigation and major advocacy. She also works with staff attorneys on all trial litigation and on high-impact cases involving statewide policy change, multiple plaintiffs and high profile defendants. Ms. Krisher is expert in public benefits issues, having served as GLSPs specialist attorney in that area in the past. She is also responsible for staff training and development for GLSP.
Ms Krisher admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court; Georgia Supreme Court; Georgia Court of Appeals; Northern, Middle and Southern District Courts of Georgia; and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
A graduate of Clemson University, Ms. Krisher received her law degree from Antioch School of Law in Washington, D.C. in 1978.
